People listen to music to feel emotions outside of the context of their own lives. Same with fiction. People read fiction to feel the emotions of characters who exist only in the minds' of readers. Can the same emotional goal be said for other art media? I'd say yes, with the caveat that experiencing photographs, sculptures, paintings, non-musical performance art, etc is more about the admiration of the craft, and experiencing music and stories are more about a direct tap int

President Empress Gail is inspired to write her next novel.
While I have no experience reading or writing romance or erotica novels, and no experience writing non-fiction books, I do appreciate the enthusiasm and skill this "true life and true love" author President Empress Gail has for these genres. Her lived-life-to-written-word passion and authenticity are lessons I always appreciate. And to my knowledge, along with Jack Torrance, Gail is the most intense writer of modern times.
